• Pi Program Status Protocol via OSC 7501 (earendil-works/pi#10607，issue) — Maintainer implemented the requested behavior and closed the issue; no PR was created.；A fixed fork reference and verification evidence were posted before upstream adopted the behavior.

• anomalyco/opencode：Published a focused diagnostic question after comparing the reported persistence schema with current v2 source; the report has not been reproduced and root cause remains open.（来源 1）
