• 显式持久化扩展消息 (earendil-works/pi#11267，issue) — 交付显式persist:true参考实现；6项新增回归、3项已有持久化测试及check/precommit通过；完整test.sh退出1且失败明细已披露，等待有效维护者LGTM。
• macOS更新菜单重复处理 (cline/cline#14875，pr) — 恢复获批补丁到当前main并交付PR #15296；8项桌面测试和lint通过，format四个未改文件失败、Cargo缺失未运行Rust测试；初始CI无failed，等待review。
• Include visible playback rate in the accessible name (heygen-com/hyperframes#6032，pr) — PR #6032 已于 2026-10-24 17:02:40（Asia/Singapore）合并，将可见播放速率纳入无障碍名称；关联 issue 状态独立判断。
• Windows paired brackets and quotes in the composer (CherryHQ/cherry-studio#22583，issue) — 公开可选成对标点的范围设计并准备 Spec，区分自动配对期望与输入法输出丢失；尚未提交 Spec PR 或完成正式 Spec 评审。
• Make lint:ratchet a separate required status check (code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent#11128，pr) — 提交独立、无条件运行的 lint:ratchet 状态检查 PR #11128，并移除重复的条件检查；9 项定向测试、125 项断言、actionlint、build 和 ratchet 场景通过。typecheck 仍有 Senpi 兼容问题，完整测试仅取得部分结果，未宣称完整套件通过；PR 等待 review，必需检查配置仍需维护者处理。
• Retry progress event reference (makecindy/cindy#7034，issue) — Fork上的WIP参考实现已保存，36项translator测试和37项desktop networkError测试通过。；为null-status网络重试发送现有非终止willRetry进度事件；未宣称上游问题解决。
• code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent#11119 (code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent#11119，issue) — 已交付PR修订/文档贡献，仍待review；issue未宣称解决。；发布Windows CI与实际merge基线同八项失败的路径分类诊断；未改代码或声称CI通过。
• ACP后台turn与compaction状态 (MoonshotAI/kimi-code#4109，issue) — 已交付，等待上游反馈；固定参考285e0d0bbf与方案已交付；typecheck/lint通过，24项既有turn测试通过，但EMFILE使命令非零退出。
• 历史消息序列化上限 (MoonshotAI/kimi-code#4369，issue) — 已交付，等待上游反馈；逐message克隆参考e1e35705已交付；104项断言通过但EMFILE使suite退出1；源码tsc通过，examples类型路径冲突失败。总内存、单条消息及IPC整帧上限仍有限制。
• code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent#11130 (code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent#11130，issue) — 已交付PR修订/文档贡献，仍待review；issue未宣称解决。；合并新dev、再生8项产物并推送9a3b50a2；4回归/18断言及必要检查通过，live proof未成立如实披露。
• 当前resume路径诊断 (langchain-ai/langgraph#5656，issue) — 已交付，等待上游反馈；已发布固定main源码和12项现有测试的诊断更新；未修源码。当前公共resume处理goto=None，私有control分支错误不足以证明原API路径仍失败。
• Preview cleanup ownership opt-out (heygen-com/hyperframes#6203，pr) — PR #6213 已创建并验证为 OPEN；14 项定向测试及改动文件检查通过，完整检查未通过/中断，等待 CI 与 review。；为预览清理增加 opt-out，避免影响无关 detached preview；issue 尚未解决。

Existing test has one failure also present on exact base.；Added warning for a configured plugin directory skipped by symlink resolution while preserving the current containment boundary.
• Omit empty tools list for strict OpenAI-compatible providers (anomalyco/opencode#58648，issue) — Reference fix and validation were published; 1,050 AI assertions and canonical checks passed; no PR created due unchanged upstream permission denial.；Omitted an empty tools field in the narrow provider serialization path; real upstream end-to-end validation remains outstanding.
